2005 MM Vidal Ice Wine:
This wine has been three years in the making. Harvested on a cold windy day, Dec. 4, 2005, each bunch was hand picked. Each grape produced just a few drops of sweet golden nectar. It was laid to rest in oak barrels for 25 months. It is very similar in flavor to a Sauterne. It is sweet on the attack but finishes crisp, clean and dry. The Bouquet has a honey, buttery nut aroma.
Price: $14.99
