Velvet White is made from the Niagara grape with other blended wines.
The blend is cold fermented on expensive yeast for 10 weeks to bring out these grape’s often hidden, subtle, tree fruit qualities of apricot and pear.
The wine pairs well with creamy cheeses, Fettuccine Alfredo, cream sauces, cream deserts, and Ice Cream. Fish and Seafood dishes and pastas with garlic and oil are gourmet matches for this special wine.
