Anderson Wine Cellars (AWC) Madeira
The AWC Madeira is a light brown semi-sweet dessert wine with a nutty finish. The typical caramel flavor is also present as a result of the baking in the sun. This wine is produced as a beverage Madeira so it is unsalted and very suitable for cooking without the addition of salt. The finished alcohol of the AWC Madeira is 17% by volume.
